I know this because I was looking at my pictures from April, 2013 and I found this picture (below) of looking outside my office window to a spring snow storm. This happened in mid-April when I was in Wabasca so we have a ways to go.
I have decided to plant anyways. This weekend, my grandchildren are visiting. I am going to take out my little pots and seeds and we will plant in preparation for moving them outside next month.
The month of April has me travelling to places with the MDSI clinics. I am excited because there are some places I have not been to yet. I will post pictures toward the end of the month.
Another exciting event that I can share with you is the Aboriginal Bereavement Project. I have been working with the Centre for Suicide Prevention to develop a one day Aboriginal Bereavement Workshop. We have a pilot scheduled this month in Calgary. This is such a big deal for me and I'm super happy this project is moving forward. I am so grateful for opportunities this year. It has been challenging but inspiring.
